I’ve referred lots of people to AwardWallet, which is my choice for the best platform to track my miles and points. I use it track all the accounts for my family members, too, since it makes it easy for me to link accounts and view everyone’s account information with just one login.
Account numbers, balances, elite status, and upgrades are all in one place so I don’t have to worry about things expiring if I don’t use an account regularly. Even companion awards and upgrade coupons are listed for some programs. If you want, you can let AwardWallet store your password so it can regularly update itself and make it easier to log in to individual accounts (I would never be able to track them all), but for those concerned about privacy and security, you also have the option to update information manually.
Many of these benefits are only available to upgraded accounts, which costs $5 every six months. If you only have two or three accounts, it’s probably not necessary. But AwardWallet really is for those with many accounts who find them all difficult to track. Remember that just because you’re not using a loyalty program actively doesn’t mean you shouldn’t sign up. Some promotions (like purchasing Avianca LifeMiles) are only available to existing members before the promotion is announced. Other times you may want to transfer points or miles, and the process is expedited if you already have the account set up.
Since I’ve referred so many people to AwardWallet, I’ve earned lots of free upgrade codes! More than I could ever use. Feel free to pick one from the list and upgrade your account. Click on Manage Rewards > Upgrade Using Coupon in the left navigation bar. Then enter the entire code as shown below. If one doesn’t work because it’s been used, try another in the list. If you still need to sign up, use my link so I can earn more upgrades to give away!
Update: List removed as the codes have all been claimed.
