If you are a frequent flyer of either American Airlines or JetBlue, todays announcement is a win. The partnership between JetBlue and American Airlines has already added 100s of codeshare options for flyers. Now, frequent flyers can earn miles across both airlines opening more options when traveling. Flyers are no longer restricted to earning on codeshare flights only.

American Airlines and JetBlue are still considering mile redemption options for flyers. Expect these and other enhancement for elite customers to come later this year.
