Earning the 10,000 points bonus is very simple. First, sign up for the offer in Amex offer in the “Amex Offers & Benefits” section of your account. Then, make a single purchase, or multiple purchases on flights originating from the United States on Virgin Atlantic. The purchase price must be $500 or more. If for some reason the price was below $500, the bonus will not be rewarded. However, multiple transaction which equal more than $500 will also result in the 10,000 Membership Rewards bonus. This offer is not available via Amex Twitter offers.
This bonus should be available on any card which earns Membership Rewards points, including both the personal and business editions. Cards such as the SPG American Express will not have this offer.
