Alitalia is offering new MileMiglia members up to 6000 bonus miles when registering for a new frequent flyer account! The offer is pretty simple and direct. For those people who sign up for a new MileMiglia account, who are not current frequent flyers of the program, earn 2000 bonus miles immediately. Then, if you fly on Alitalia and credit the miles to your MileMiglia account before April 30, 2013 you will earn another 2000 bonus miles. Finally, if you fly on any of Alitalia partners within 3 months of registration and credit the miles to Alitalia they will be gifted another 2000 bonus miles!
To earn the 2000 bonus miles for flying a partner airline, fly any SkyTeam member or other Alitalia partner airline listed below. It does not matter how long or short the segment is, 2000 bonus miles will be gifted regardless!
Don’t think you need 6000 Alitalia MileMiglia Miles? Think Again!
Alitalia is a direct transfer partner of American Express Membership rewards and Membership reward points transfer 1:1. This means points earned from the Amex Gold or Platinum cards points transfer directly to Alitalia instantly when you transfer points via the membership rewards airline page. 6000 miles will not get you a free trip, however it will get you on your way to free travel and can help reduce your total costs of your next trip! Not to mention, Alitalia has some SWEET redemptions levels, which offer a substantial saving compared to other large carriers. Below, I have listed just a few of my favorite uses and have compared them to other airlines! I hope my fellow frequent flyer readers find them helpful!
|Econ/Biz Round trip in thousands||USA to/from North Asia||USA to/from Europe||USA to/From Southern South America||Europe to/from North/South East Asia||USA to/from South East Asia|
As you can see there are some really good redemption’s available through MileMiglia in comparison to the typical U.S. carriers. Yet the best part is, with this promotion and American Express Membership Rewards, these redemption’s and more can be yours without ever stepping for on an Alitalia plane! Happy Flying!
