Club Carlson: Earn Up to 3 Free Nights or 30,000 Points

by Caroline Lupini
Last updated April 13, 2019

Club Carlson recently announced the ability for members to earn up to three free Friday nights or 30,000 bonus points for stays between July 1 and September 30, 2017.

When you stay twice at Club Carlson properties, you can choose between earning a free Friday night or 10,000 bonus points. Each Club Carlson member can complete this promotion up to three separate times for a total of three free Friday nights or 30,000 bonus points.

Registration is required.

Is This a Good Deal?

If you have a couple of short hotel stays coming up, this is a pretty decent promotion. As a general rule, free nights are going to be significantly more valuable than points but also more restrictive in their use since only Fridays are valid days to use the free night certifications, meaning you can’t string them together. Club Carlson properties can cost up to 70,000 points per night, so if you redeeming your free nights at higher end properties is a great option!

If I have any one night stays during the promotion period, I’ll consider booking a Club Carlson property to earn a free night or two, but I won’t go out of my way to participate in this promotion either.
