Alaska Airlines offers among the BEST ski promotions of any airlines each year, teaming up with resorts to offer free skiing and snowboarding around the Western United States. Each year Alaska Airlines travelers are rewarded with free lift tickets, discounted hotel stays, and enjoy no additional fees for checked sporting equipment! Yet the best part of this time of year is Alaska Airlines Fly 2 and Get 1 for only the Taxes promotion which allows travelers to fly to any two Alaska Airline “ski destinations” and then earn a FREE round trip ticket to be used before April!

Don’t forget that Alaska Airline has among the best fees for sporting equipment and allows skis and snowboards to be checked for the same price as a suitcase! Elites and Club 49 members pay nothing!
One piece of ski/snowboard equipment is defined as 1 pair of skis with poles or 1 snowboard, plus 1 boot/helmet bag. If boots/helmet are checked in a bag that also contains clothing or additional items, standard checked baggage fees will apply to the bag. Ski/snowboard equipment may exceed 62 linear inches, but no more than 115 linear inches (length + height + width), without incurring an oversize fee.
If you’re flying this winter to any of these destinations, be sure to register for the fly 2 promotion, as no other airline offers any deal this great!
