Earn Double Elite Stay Credit at Hyatt Ziva and Zilara Resorts

by Scott Mackenzie
Last updated June 25, 2019

Hyatt’s two all-inclusive resorts, Hyatt Ziva and Hyatt Zilara, will be offering double elite qualifying nights from August 1st through November 23rd, 2019. This means if you book a 5-night stay, for example, you’ll earn credit for 10 nights toward your World of Hyatt elite status qualification. Hyatt Ziva is specifically designed for families, while Hyatt Zilara offers an adults-only retreat.

You do need to register for the promotion before you stay (though if you’ve already booked an upcoming reservation you’re fine; just be sure to register). The registration window is between now and October 31. This means you better be sure to register now if you have a stay coming up in November. It’s always good to register as soon as possible for every promotion, even if you aren’t sure that you’ll take advantage of it.

Additional good news is that any bonus elite credit you earn will count toward other World of Hyatt benefits that require a specific number of nights but aren’t part of elite status. These include the two lounge access awards you earn at 20 nights and the bonus suite upgrade awards you earn at 50 nights.

I haven’t had a chance yet to check out these new offerings in the Hyatt portfolio, but my sister is a big fan of the all-inclusive resorts down in Mexico and our own Kevin Hanson wrote a positive review of the Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos. As soon as Alex is old enough to to get vaccinated and travel I imagine we’ll be planning a visit of our own. Be sure to register today!
