Rocketmiles is one of two companies that offer extra miles on every hotel booking — the other is PointsHound. And while I tend to prefer PointsHound for its larger, more diverse inventory, I will admit that Rocketmiles tends to offer larger bonuses when a hotel is available on its site.

I’d say that’s a pretty good deal. Depending on the airline mile currency you choose, 3,000 miles could be worth about $60. (I still assign a pretty high value to Alaska’s miles.)
