If you’re a regular follower of this blog, you may have noticed an addition of a link to my new Instagram account a couple of weeks ago. I’ve been holding off making a formal announcement until I had a chance to add more content, but a rainy Sunday here in Dallas finally gave me the time I needed to add some stuff up there. To that end, I’m officially kicking off the Instagram extension of the Road More Traveled blog with a new feature, the Picture of the Week.
Every Wednesday at 9 A.M. CT, or thereabouts, I’ll post a random photo from my personal treasure trove of travel photos. It’ll be a mix of photos from the three modes of travel featured on this blog – air, road, and sea. For the most part, these will be photos that I just can’t work into the main blog for one reason or another. To get things started, in addition to the first Picture of the Week that’ll go live later this morning, I’ve also added 21 other (mostly) travel photos for you to peruse.
NOTE: if you choose to follow me, you will have to put up with the occasional non-travel-related photo, mostly of North Texas weather (I’m a huge weather geek), but occasionally of our cat Hercules.
Anyway, here’s an example of the types of photos I’ll be posting. Check back each week for more!
