Save 20% on Marriott Gift Cards with Daily Getaways

by Scott Mackenzie
Last updated November 11, 2018

My updates on Daily Getaways have been less frequent because there really isn’t much to talk about, but tomorrow’s promotion is a slam dunk. You can buy Marriott gift cards on Friday at 10 AM Pacific Time for a quick 20% discount on face value. That means $100 gift cards for $80, $500 gift cards for $400, and $1,000 gift cards for $800.

Daily Getaways Marriott

There are a total of 793 offers available, but only 75 of these are the highest denomination. (Don’t forget my tips on how to secure a Daily Getaways deal.) I think any of them would be a great pick if you’ll be taking a vacation soon at a Marriott property. Even if you’re traveling on business, you could conceivably pay the bill with a gift card (that you bought at a discount) and submit the receipt for full reimbursement.

Purchases are fulfilled as eGiftCards delivered to your email address, and while they are transferrable to another person (just print it out and hand it to them), you’re not supposed to sell or trade them. Cards cannot be used to pre-pay or place a deposit on reservations — you can only use them to settle the bill at check-out — but they are good for just about any property and for almost anything you can charge to the room. Full terms and conditions are available on the Daily Getaways website.

Marriott eGiftCards may be used at participating JW Marriott®, EDITIONSM, Autograph Collection® Hotels, Renaissance® Hotels, AC Hotels by MarriottSM, Marriott Hotels & Resorts®, Gaylord Hotels®, Courtyard® by Marriott, Fairfield Inn & Suites® by Marriott, SpringHill Suites® by Marriott, Residence Inn® by Marriott, TownePlace Suites® by Marriott and Marriott Vacation ClubSM and participating hotel outlets: retail, spa, golf and food and beverage.
