View My Chicago Seminars Presentation on Alaska Airlines

by Scott Mackenzie
Last updated November 11, 2018

I had a great time presenting at Chicago Seminars last weekend, giving two talks on how to maximize the value of Alaska Airlines Mileage Plan as well as some step-by-step walkthroughs of using ITA Matrix. I want to spend a little time cleaning up the ITA talk before I share it, but the Alaska Airlines presentation is now available on SlideShare. It’s very similar to one I gave in April at Frequent Traveler University but with a few corrections and clarifications.

Thank you to everyone who attended! It’s always good when there’s no more room to sit on the floor; we clearly need a bigger room next year.

And it was great hearing from you afterward about how much you enjoyed the talk and learned new things about this great airline and its loyalty program. We even had a few people chiming in with their own tips. Collaborative talks are always better than when it’s just me droning on. If you have specific questions about Alaska Airlines or want to request a link to a blog post I mentioned, please leave a comment.

I had a few items to give away that we never go to since we ran right up to the time limit. However, I’ll try to organize something on the blog and mail the prizes out instead.
