Hilton Honors sent out a targeted promotion yesterday to members of their frequent sleeper loyalty program that offered up to 100,000 free bonus points just for being a member of their program and re-qualifying for Diamond status during the 2014 program year.
Per Flyertalk, it appears that some Hilton Honor Diamond members received 100,000 points just for following the link, while others received 100,000 instant bonus points plus an offer which allows them to earn 2-3x bonus points on all stays.
Other individuals who were Diamond last year, but failed to re-qualify during the 2014 program year for Diamond status were offered fast track back to Diamond + 100K points with just 6 stays before the end April.
As a Gold member (just a few nights shy of Diamond) I received a different 100,000 point offer. My offer credits me 50,000 points after 3 stays, and an additional 50,000 points after 4 stays for a total of 100,000 bonus points for just 4 stays before the end of April! The current Marriott MegaBonus has nothing on this promotion! 
Another FT member who maintained Gold Status with Hilton reports that his targeted offer included double elite qualifying nights for every stay until April, 30, 2015. He wasn’t happy about his promotion, but as someone who qualifies myself based on nights stayed and not the number of times I check in and out, I would LOVE to have ExpatSomchai’s promotion!
From reading on Flyertalk, it appears that those who have lifetime status, or who have held top status for multiple years did not qualify for the targeted bonus. To find out if you qualify, visit: https://www.hiltonhhonors.com/11102014/
Overall I am very excited about this promotion and plan to earn all 100,000 points which is good for a number of nights at Hilton hotels around the world!
