Alaska Airlines Newsletter Subscribers Save 20%

by Scott Mackenzie
Last updated February 5, 2019

I’ve been telling you guys to subscribe to the Alaska Airlines weekly newsletter for a while now, haven’t I? Although I don’t normally find much to comment on, it does provide an extra 5% discount on the weekly fare specials. [As for the absence of my own newsletter, the last two weeks have been crazy. I’ll get back into the habit this Friday.]

Alaska save 20 as subscriber

Apparently Alaska is planning to change the format of its newsletter and has made a special offer to subscribers of 20% off upcoming travel between May 28 and June 18, booked by May 11. That’s a pretty quick deadline for a very narrow travel period of three weeks, but 20% is 20%. I thought I’d mention it in case anyone accidentally flagged this as junk mail. For all I know this may be a sign that Alaska plans to end its 5% discounts and is giving its subscribers one last opportunity to save.

The link I received goes directly to the Alaska Airlines home page with the coupon field already filled in, so there’s no offer page for me to share with you beyond the email. If you lost the email, this coupon code can also be found in your account profile. Log in and click on the “Valid” link under “Discount Codes” in the left navigation bar.
