Alaska Airlines Updates Their First Class for Fall 2018

by Brad
Last updated January 31, 2019

Alaska has updated their First Class menus for the fall season. Being based in the midwest US means I don’t fly Alaska a lot, but now there are non-stops to both Portland and Seattle from my home airport in Milwaukee. Alaska just announced some new meal options, with the information below focusing on First Class meals.

The New First Class Menu

Alaska has recently rolled out a new First Class food and drink menu for the fall. The new fresh flavors include ingredients like apples, pumpkin, butternut squash, sweet potatoes, and mushrooms. All menu items are made with high-quality, West Coast-inspired ingredients, such as wild Alaskan salmon, rainbow chard, and cage-free eggs.

A contact in the PR department shared this information, so here are some images of the meal options:

Final Thoughts on Alaska’s New First Class Menu

The new First Class menu is available now through December 15, and all meal options are available for pre-order via the Alaska mobile app, so guests can ensure their meal of choice is reserved on their next flight. The new food and beverage offerings available throughout the plane will continue to rotate quarterly and provide healthy, fresh options for guests. As always, First Class guests 21 and over can sample a rotating selection of craft microbrews.
