Having Some Fun with CBP: The Global Entry Selfie

by Brad
Last updated January 25, 2019

I’m not one to take a lot of selfies.  That’s not to say never, but it seems I have more cranky old man traits than that of a millennial.  There may exist some photos of me in First Class pajamas or in an airplane lavatory, but good luck finding those…One exception to my no selfie ‘rule’  I make is when returning to the US after a trip, and I get to pose for a photo at the Global Entry kiosk.  Why not have some fun with this, the GlobalEntrySelfie!

The Global Entry Selfie

I’m not taking credit for starting this, but I’ve certainly embraced it in the last year or so when returning home from international trips.  Certainly Justin deserves some credit for some excellent examples of this.  We both try to be creative, but not make too many challenges to get past the CBP agents!  A few other folks have used the hashtag, and I’m sure others post their Global Entry photos on their social media feeds too.

Be sure to follow me on Twitter, and if you like, to follow the #GlobalEntrySelfie hashtag.  I look forward to seeing lots more creative photos!  I only put 2 photos in this post, but this isn’t the first time I posted one of these photos and there are lots more on twitter under that hashtag. Please, have fun with this, and share your photos!
