Travel an Amazing 431 km/h on the Shanghai Maglev

by Kevin Hanson
Last updated March 2, 2018

As part of my journey to Asia, I did a weekend in Shanghai, and that gave me the opportunity to take the Maglev train from Shanghai Pudong Airport to the Longyang Road subway station. According to Wikipedia, this is the world’s first Maglev train and has reached speeds of 500+ km/h. I only saw it get as high as 431km/h. Anyhow, I thought it was so cool that I grabbed a quick video of it :-).
